American Flag - Item # 9 The wood is Oak, Purple Heart and Walnut. Colors are of the wood; it is not painted or stained. The stars have been hand carved out of the walnut, filled with a wood filler and sealed with a polyurethane varnish. The base has a storage compartment to hold the pegs and a deck of cards which comes with your purchase. The board measures roughly 11 X 4 X 1 1/2. This board is a must for all peggers. It's simply beautiful.
