Here I have put the bow and stern on the strongback and place a line(fishing line) on center so when I place the molds I have a guild to keep center.

I have placed the molds and you can see the form the canoe will take.Ill be putting some strips on the hull to keep the molds spaced correctly they will later be taken out when the real strips firm up the molds

Here I have shaved the stems so that when the strips meet at the end it can be glued on flat to the stem. This so far has been the hardest part to do...because i am no carver.
